We collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, physical address, and payment details when you register for an account, purchase products, or contact our support team.

When you use our smart meters and Gas View monitoring, we collect device data including gas levels, consumption patterns, meter readings, and location information needed to deliver and maintain our services.

We use your information to provide and improve our products, process payments and top-ups, deliver refills and installations, send service notifications, and respond to your requests.

We may use aggregated and anonymized usage data for analytics, product development, and carbon credit reporting.

Payments are processed through licensed mobile money providers including M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, and Airtel Money. We only store the information required to process transactions and maintain your transaction history.

We never store your mobile money PIN or full payment credentials.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as payment processors, delivery partners, and cloud infrastructure providers, and only to the extent necessary to provide our services.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of PesaGas, our customers, or the public.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security monitoring.

While no system is completely secure, we work continuously to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you, object to certain processing activities, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can manage notification preferences and device data sharing from your PesaGas account settings.

Our services are not directed to children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, by other means.
